These cameras are located on the exterior of the home and do not monitor any interior spaces. Additional Services: To make your stay even more comfortable, we can provide babysitter recommendations and have cleaning available during your stay. Please inquire for more details. Any smoking must be done outdoors. NO EXCEPTIONS. A $500 fee is charged if there is evidence of smoke in the house.

This includes: The full interior of the house, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas. The outdoor hot tub and game room. Access to the public beach and shoreline within few mins of walk, community sports court and picnic spot overlooking the water.
